By downloading, installing, or playing Skyduel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.
Skyduel is an orbital gravity artillery space duel game for iOS and Android featuring solo game modes (Target Practice, Space Missions, and vs. AI) as well as local same-device multiplayer (1v1 Pass & Play).
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ThreadCode grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use Skyduel on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to:
Skyduel operates 100% offline and stores all gameplay progression (coins, XP, mission stars, unlocked Hangar ships, and settings) exclusively in local storage on your device. Because we do not use cloud accounts or external servers:
Skyduel includes an optional feature allowing you to share victory screen snapshots via your device's native operating system share sheet. You are solely responsible for how and where you share these screenshots on third-party messaging or social platforms.
All content and materials included in Skyduel — including, without limitation, its source code, orbital physics simulations, visual shaders, UI design, spacecraft designs (such as Cyan Blade, Magenta Fury, Celestial Comet, and UFO Vortex), icons, music, sound effects, and the Skyduel name and branding — are the exclusive property of ThreadCode or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
ThreadCode may, at its discretion, release updates, patches, or improvements to Skyduel via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the application at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skyduel is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThreadCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of local game progress, data, profits, or use arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Skyduel.
If you downloaded Skyduel from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and ThreadCode only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. ThreadCode, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the licensed application and its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS application.
Skyduel collects zero personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, for full details on how your local game data is handled on your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
