This Privacy Policy explains how the Skyduel mobile application (bundle/package identifier sc.linhares.skyduel for iOS and Android), developed by ThreadCode (Florianópolis, SC, Brazil), handles information on your device.

1. Zero Personal Data Collection

Skyduel is built from the ground up following strict Privacy by Design principles:

• No Account or Registration: You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or social media profile to play.
• No Data Transmission to Servers: The game operates completely offline and makes no network requests to send user data to ThreadCode or third-party servers.
• No Analytics or Tracking SDKs: We do not embed any third-party analytics, crash-reporting trackers, or behavioral profiling SDKs (NSPrivacyTracking = false and NSPrivacyCollectedDataTypes = []).
• No Third-Party Ads: The app displays zero advertisements and never accesses advertising identifiers (such as iOS IDFA or Android Advertising ID).

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

To preserve your game progress between sessions, Skyduel stores game state strictly locally inside the application's private sandboxed storage on your device (user://save_data.json):

• Gameplay Progress: Target Practice high scores, earned coins, experience points (XP), player level, mission star ratings, and unlocked/equipped spacecraft in the Hangar.
• User Preferences & Settings: Audio volume levels (Master, Music, and SFX), haptic vibration preferences, AI difficulty tier, black hole toggle, and selected interface language (Portuguese or English).

This local data never leaves your device. You remain in full control of it and can erase it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling Skyduel.

3. Optional Victory Screenshot Sharing

At the end of a match, Skyduel provides an optional "Share" button on the victory screen. If you voluntarily tap this button:

• The game captures a screenshot of the match result screen and writes it to a temporary file inside the app's local cache directory.
• The operating system then presents its native share sheet (UIActivityViewController on iOS or Intent.ACTION_SEND on Android).
• Skyduel does not know which app or recipient you select, and the screenshot only leaves your device if and where you explicitly choose to share it.

4. System Permissions & Required Reason APIs (Apple Privacy Manifest)

Skyduel does not request access to sensitive permissions such as Location, Camera, Microphone, Contacts, or background Photo Library access. In compliance with Apple's Privacy Manifest requirements (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy), we disclose that the underlying game engine (Godot Engine) accesses only standard operating system APIs strictly for local on-device execution:

• File Timestamp APIs (C617.1) & Disk Space APIs (E174.1): used exclusively to read and write the local save file (save_data.json) inside the app container.
• System Boot Time APIs (35F9.1): monotonic system clock used internally by the physics and rendering loop to measure frame delta time and audio synchronization.
• UserDefaults APIs (CA92.1): used exclusively to read and write app-scoped local preferences on the device.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA, GDPR-K & LGPD)

Because Skyduel collects no personal information, device identifiers, or location data, and contains no third-party ads or unmoderated chat, it is safe for players of all ages and fully complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA & LGPD)

Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018):

• We confirm that ThreadCode holds no personal data records for Skyduel players on any server.
• You can delete all local game data immediately at any time by uninstalling the Skyduel app from your iOS or Android device.
• If you contact us directly via email for support, your email address and message content will be used solely to reply to your inquiry and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if new features are introduced in future versions of the game. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.
